How much does private blood testing cost?

Prices can vary based of the test and quantity required, however most are around £50 each

How often do I need to purchase repeat prescriptions?

For patients on a testosterone based treatment and using an online pharmacy you will need to order a new prescription every 4 weeks, due to the restrictions around testosterone longer prescription cannot be suppled by any online pharmacy. For patients on a testosterone based treatment and using the paper prescription option a new request will be needed every 12 weeks. Why do I pay a monthly subscription fee?

Once setup the monthly subscription automatically charges to your chosen payment method every 28 days.

What is included in the cost of the set-up fee?

The Set-up fee covers the costs and administration involved in setting up your account, contacting any services required, processing the Appraisal Pathway and creation of your first prescription.

I cannot afford a follow up session right now, can I book later on?

Unfortunately the 6 monthly follow up sessions are a legal requirement and must be attend to continue prescribing. However if you contact our finance department here: https://care.gendergp.com/submit_ticket we can look at options to help with payment of these sessions.

My friend is paying a different amount of money than me for the same hormones, why?
