I am applying for disability support and need proof of how my gender dysphoria affects my day-to-day life. Can you provide this?

Unfortunately we cannot support any applications for financial subsidies or allowances. We can provide a ‘letter of diagnosis (https://www.gendergp.com/gender-marker/)’ but we cannot comment on how that affects your ability or otherwise. This responsibility would fall to your GP.

I had to cancel a booking for a session with a GenderGP provider and would like to reschedule. Will I receive a refund or will I need to pay to rebook?

What should I do if I have an emergency?

We do not operate an emergency service. If you feel you have a medical emergency please contact your local emergency services by dialling 999 (or the appropriate emergency number outside the UK). If you feel that your medication is not right and you are waiting for a response from a member of the team, it is quite safe to stop taking your medication until you have heard back from us.

For all other queries, please contact us via the Help Centre (https://www.gendergp.com/help-centre/ask/) with details of your case and a member of the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

This will then be investigated fully so we can get to the root cause and do all we can to resolve the issue.
