How do I apply for discounted rates?

Please send us a message here (https://care.gendergp.com/submit_ticket) and attach evidence of low income. This could be pay slips, monthly bank statements, proof of benefits or universal credit, etc. We will need to have a full understanding on your monthly income, and you will need to confirm if you have any dependents, have any additional sources of income or share bills with another.

What is the maximum discount available to me?

While we are a private service, we understand that some people may struggle to pay for their care. As such we do all we can to work with patients on a case by case basis to come up with a plan which is affordable and meets their individual needs.

Are there any discounts available for one to one sessions with a GenderGP representative/therapist?

We do not offer any discounts on one to one sessions.

Are there any discounts available for medications?

There are no discounts available for medication. We work with independent pharmacies and as such we do not have any input on their pricing.

Are there any discounts available for surgery referrals?

There are no discounts available for surgery referrals.

Are there discounts available for subscription fees and under what circumstances do you offer these to patients?

The following items can be used as proof of income: - pay slip - bank statements - student ID - student finance documents - universal credits documents - benefits documentation.

I cannot afford your services but I would like to begin treatment, is there any way you can help?

If you are struggling financially we may be able to assist you with some of the costs, but we will need to see some proof of your current situation, this could include student status or proof of income.
